LETS GO METABOLIC – 5 IN ONE GO (Direct Cam Workout)

Welcome to my M.R.T – WORKOUT. Just a short demo how I workout TRICEPS, chest, shoulders and quads in 5 Sets / 4 cycles, with 5 – 10 reps per set. Each set should increased with 2.5 Kg – 5 Kg. The rest-time between sets is 20 seconds / the rest-time between cycles is 2 minutes, which gives enough time to prepare a new setup, let’s go !!!
