M.R.T. – WORKOUT & FATBURNER

Hi, Mario Brozz here from POWERAGE FITNESS – exercises for older man & woman. If you are in the older generation over 40, 50 or 60 yrs old – Metabolic Resistance Training can be very helpful burning fat quite fast and effective.

Todays Training routine is composed of 4 cycles, and each of them contains 3 different exercises.

1. ABDOMINAL WORKOUT + MEDECINE BALL 4 KG AT INCLINED BENCH:

2. BRICK-WORK PUSH-UPS WITH WEIGHT DEPLACEMENT + 2 X 10 KG

3. BAR-BELL “ROLL-OUT” + 5 PUSH-UPS AND 1 DEAD-LIFT

60 seconds rest-time between exercises / 3 min. rest-time between cycles.

REPEAT 4 TIMES AND YOU’RE DONE !!!

NOTA: the shown weights are for demonstration purpose which I use in real training. Please take a weight you can handle, and please use a weight-lifter belt for heavy lifting to avoid injury…
