WORKOUT: LAT & BACK

Hello, Mario Brozz here with a new workout. Today we gonna do a Metabolic circuit containing 6 different exercises.

1. Abdominal “Roll-Out” with “push-Up’s” on Bar-Bell
2. Up-Row with Bar-Bell
3. Single arm row with the ISO Lat-Row Hammer
4. T-Bar row to chest
5. Bent over Bar-Bell row
6. Dead-Lifts

Do 6 – 8 Reps per exercise, 4 Sets of each exercise and 3 minutes rest between each Set…
